Before calling to make an appointment, the following information will be useful to have on hand if applicable:

• The street address, city, and zipcode of the property to be inspected.
• The name and agency of your real estate agent
• Address of where to send the final copy of the inspection
• How you found out about BW Foster Home Inspection, Inc., so we can thank them for their referral.

Inspections are typically scheduled over the phone for the next day. We realize that the client is often pressed for time and we will make every effort to meet our clients scheduling needs. All calls will be returned the same day if we are not immediately available.
